The Detroit Literacy Coalition (DLC) formerly the Detroit Area Lifelong Learning Coalition (DALLC) is a partnership of organization in southeast Michigan devoted to helping adults read, write, and acquire the basic skills for success in today's world. The DLC believes in a fully literate society and functions to support, promote, and ensure the availability and accessibility of literacy services through the collaborative efforts of its members. The DLC is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.
